Call forwarding can allow employees to provide seamless
service to customers. Customers don’t need to be inconvenienced by leaving
messages that aren’t answered or trying to schedule a time to chat. Everyone
has had experiences with bad customer service where it just seems like no one
will answer or return calls. These customers can now reach a business
representative whether they are away from their desk or not. This allows people
